Sakae sushi for Hi-tea session

This is our first time to order sakae sushi for our hi-tea!! That’s so cool!! The set of assorted sushi came with the wasabi, soy sauce, and chopsticks!!
We ordered 4 set for 20plus person!!
Total was about $200. Surely will order again for out department Hi-tea session!!:)

Happy one year anniversary!

Today marks my one year anniversary in UMC. This is my second job since i came to Singapore. Truthfully, i am pretty happy with my current working environment, my lovely colleagues and a not bad company. My office are always filled with jokes and laughter (sometimes is noise=D) which i really appreciated. I have learned a lot throughout the year, to be more independent, more careful, more skillful in problem solving and the most importantly is to avoid to make the same mistake.=p

Undeniable life are full of up and down. I had went through the sweetest moment as well as the heart-broken. The past year was like a roller coaster, but throughout it all one thing has remained clear is – I am meant to be myself.

I had faith in myself that things would work out. I believe my legs are strong enough to carry me no matter what terrain lies ahead. I will continue to find my own path and never stop climbing. Life has never felt so grand, and my biggest wish is persistently move towards my dream.

May the next year be more challenging, more rewarding, more delightful, and more extraordinary than ever.

值得回味的2009年

岁月不饶人。。。你是否也有和我一样的感慨呢？

一眨眼，2009年就成为past tense了，在过去的一年里，除了换了新的工作环境，新的上司和同司之外，也没什么大改变。

却有很多事情是值得纪念的，比如说：去Bintan住在Banyan Tree villa,享受过六星级的resort。也去了Ho Chih Min,看过了落后的城市。还有台湾，吃喝玩乐样样齐全！！！

今年计划去Phuket, 香港，深圳，槟城。还有Korea， 应该要挪后到明年了。

来回顾一下2009年的下半年里值得回味的一些事情。。。。

Christmas 有火鸡(其实是童子鸡)，log cake, delifrance.

New year 有香槟，KFC,  steamboat.

Chinese New year 也去了牛车水亮灯仪式凑凑热闹，看烟火。

加入新公司差不多7个月了，偶尔会有下午查获点心之类的。把我们养的白白胖胖~~ 哈哈~~

最最最难忘的是，在公司的D&D幸运抽奖中拿到了Wiiiiii…

A nice holiday in Taiwan

Thanks god our Taiwan trip was scheduled after PAMA Typhoon ~ The trip was enjoyable and well executed as our plan despite the bad weather announced earlier…It’s worth my effort to do so much research and planning for the itinerary~~ clap hands*

Air ticket was purchased from Jestar at Sgd304/pax and our total expenses of the trip is about Sgd1000 each inclusive accomodation,meals,transportation,shopping, souvenirs and entrance fees.(It’s worth!!)

We spent 11days 10 night to cover Taichung, Kaoshiung, Kenting & Taipei(Yilan was the only one we omitted in this trip due to the flood). Our main activities in this trip were eat eat eat, shop shop shop and shoot shoot shoot.

It was really a nice holiday for me~ Alot of nice things about this trip~

It was the beginning of Autumn season there, thus the weather was quite cooling, about 23-24 degree in Taipei and 28-30 in kaoshiung. Slightly hot in south part but still better than Singapore.

Most of the places we has visited were nice, special and memorable. Places that i like the most are Feng Jia Night market, Ximending, Shilin night market, 九分老街 and 淡水老街.

Most of the taiwanese there were nice and polite except a small part of rude people. The way they talk (nomatter guy or gals) are very soft and gentle. Pretty girls are everywhere~

The food there was super nice!!!! Those are really unforgetable like 豪大大雞排 , 大腸包小腸 , 生煎包 , 檸檬愛玉 冰, 青蛙下蛋 , 珍珠奶茶 , 臭豆腐, 台灣香腸, 阿宗面線, 手卷冰其淋, 官材板,  豬血糕, 手抓餅etc. Even their 便當 and 杯面also delicious. We love to buy drinks from the 便利店 where you able to find variety of nice drinks like yuan yang milk tea, coffee, green tea, honey tea and juices.

And never forget about the hot spring at xin beitou~~ It was indeed a nice experience to sink urself naked under 43 degree hot water!!! shiok~~

写给男孩的一封信

不懂事的女孩又惹男孩生气了…

女孩终于按捺不住自己的情绪，决定向男孩发表心里的感受及想法.

男孩还是无法理解为何女孩总爱小题大做，无理取闹，弄得大家情绪波动，不欢而散。

女孩的心思无法被理解而感到纳闷，尽管如何地解释还是得不到想要的结果。

气急败坏之下，狠心的话破口而出，一句无心伤害令男孩无法招架，无言以对。

虽然女孩非常后悔自己的所作所为，但又不甘心男孩对他的冷淡回应及强硬的态度，也不愿主动言和，安抚女孩，让女孩感到极度失望。

女孩很想對着天空吶喊: “這不是我想要的結局!!!”

心痛,也于事無補.

那一刻，看見精疲力盡的男孩呆滞地望着天花板,一道淚痕從眼角划過,聽見從他心底傳來的心碎聲,女孩的心也冷了一半.

是女孩過火了嗎?为何要讓心愛的人如此難過?心里很不是滋味…

奧悔突然湧上心頭. 好想跟男孩言归于好.很想上前跟他说： 算了,我甚麼都不要了.只要我倆開開心心再一起就夠了，好吗？

偏偏女孩的自尊心在作祟,不認輸的個性挺身而出阻止了一切行動.心里始终感到很内疚.心想男孩是否已对她心灰意冷了？脑袋里一片空白,思绪很乱.

四周一片肃静，冷漠戰勝了这场决斗。

终于，女孩投降了，由始至终誰都沒錯, 錯的是一時的冲動，没把自己的情绪给管理好。歇斯底里后才发现自己闯下了大祸,犹如狂风暴雨后所残留的局面难以收拾，更害怕因一时糊涂而破坏这段难能可贵的感情。

那一刻，女孩多么希望时间能倒流，回到争吵之前的时刻，好好珍惜用心对待自己的男孩，无谓的争吵只会加深彼此的伤害，在两人之间画上一条明显界线。

因为在乎所以在意, 因为體諒所以容忍, 因为期待所以失望…

太在乎一個人不一定是件好事,因為你會很在意他的看法,感受,甚至他所说的每一句话和一舉一動, 就連关心也會變成多心.對每件事的期望也不要太高,因為期望越高失望就越大.何必自討苦吃？

說好心里的話別往心底塞,溝通是建立彼此關係最好的橋樑.提出心里的不愉快是需要勇氣的,因為害怕一旦話說出了口会傷害到彼此之间的感情.語氣及詞汇拿捏得不好也會引起不必要的爭吵。

人往往会在情绪激动的情况下无意地说出賭氣的話,结果又在傷口上撒了一把鹽.覆水难收…后悔莫及.

谁对谁错，谁是谁非无须计较那么多，最重要的是能开开心心，快快乐乐一起携手走过每一条路，好好珍惜眼前人。

Update Singapore PR details

Do you know that we need to update our PR details at Singapore ICA after renewing Malaysia passport?

The purpose of updating is to transfer your PR status and details from your old passport number to you new passport number. As everytime when we renew the Malaysia passport, the passport number will be changed!!!

Dont worry!! Updating your PR details is done within 5 min only.!!

First, bring along both of your old and new passport to Level 5 at ICA at Lavender MRT station. (Level 5 is for PR service, Level 3 is for SG citizen service)

Second, take your Queue no and form from Information counter by showing your passports. No e-appointment is required!

Third, Wait for the number calling and pass your passports to the officer. They will print out the PR certificate to you in A4 size paper. No more chop in your passport!!! So everytime when u go back to Malaysia or go oversea, you must bring along this certificate!! 

For those who want to renew their Re-entry permit(REP), you may submit your application online via e-REP at http://www.ica.gov.sg/index.aspx with a singpass account.

Tips to renew Malaysia Passport

1. Things to prepare:

- 2 pcs  photos (measuring 3.5cm x 5.0 cm)

- 1 photocopy IC

- Old passport

- RM300 cash

2. Collect form from counter at ground floor of  Block B at Immigration Department Malaysia (Pejabat Imigresen Malaysia)

3. Submit the form and necessary documents to officer. Form is free. Application and payment is made through machine.

4.Steps to verify your personal details via machine.

- Insert your MYKAD and old passport

- Select your language

- Select your height

- Check all the information showing on the screen.

- Put on your thumb to verify.

- Insert cash one by one (only RM50 & RM100 is acceptable)

- Collect the receipt and your Mykad.

5. Passport processing time is 2 hours. You may wait at the Special service Counter (Perkhidmatan Khas Kaunter) at ground floor for new passport collection. Old passport will be returned to you at the same time.

* Operation time  of Imigration Department Johor is from Monday to Friday.

(7-30am – 1.00pm & 2.00 pm- 5.30pm)

* For new passport application, you need to buy the application form with RM1.00 at ground floor and take the Queue number after completing the forms and wait at level 1 of Block B. The proceesing time is longer than the renewal passport processing time.

* Taxi fares from City Square to Immigration Department Malaysia is RM7.00
